If you receive a defective product (manufacturing defects, excluding damage due to customer faults ,dueling area offers a replacement under the following conditions:
An original purchase invoice is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty services.
Most items are eligible for return and exchange except mention specifically or Opened booster packs, trading card singles, limited-edition items and certain collectibles, unless they are defective or not as described.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must be in resaleable condition.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or 3 days from delivery (for online orders).
If your order included promotional or free items will not be considered for returns or exchange .
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase or agreed upon . Purchases made through installment service or third-party financing will be refunded in the form of store credit or
Refunds for amounts paid to third-party service providers (such as grading services) are subject to the provider’s own refund policy. Customers must present the payment receipt along with the dueling area invoice.
Return, exchange, and warranty services are only available within Kuwait for products purchased locally through dueling area.
Shipping and service fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Upon receiving a shipment, by accepting it from the delivery company, you acknowledge that the parcel was received in good, sealed condition.
For online purchases, the return and exchange period begins from the date the product is delivered to you.
